These terms are an agreement between you and AI-LABZ (“we”, “us”), the publisher of Pew Pew Island (“the game”). By playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not play.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. Your account
The game creates an account for you on our servers. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not share, sell or trade accounts.
3. Play fair
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, hacks, mods or exploits, or tamper with the game or its network traffic;
- attack, overload or try to get unauthorized access to our servers;
- choose a player name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone, or contains personal information;
- harass, threaten or scam other players;
- break any law while using the game.
If you break these rules, we may rename, suspend or delete your account without notice.
4. Coins and items
Coins, heroes and other in-game items have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold. You get a license to use them in the game; you do not own them. We may change prices, rewards and items to keep the game balanced. If your account is deleted or the game shuts down, in-game items are lost.
If we add real-money purchases, they are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds follow their policies except where the law says otherwise.
5. Ads
The game is free and shows ads. Ads come from third parties; we are not responsible for their content or the products they promote.
6. The game is ours
The game, its code, art, names and content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to play it for fun on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute it, except where the law allows.
7. Changes and availability
The game is an online service. We may update, change or stop any part of it, and it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
8. No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or in-game items, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
11. Apple
If you got the game from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game, and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
